In short

A Google Ads agency manages your paid campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, Display and Performance Max. A good one does more than set bids. It finds the searches that bring buyers, tracks every lead, cuts wasted spend, and reports in plain numbers. Think of us as a Google PPC agency that also cares about what happens after the click.

01What we manage

What a Google PPC company should look after in your account

Google Ads has many campaign types. These are the ones we use most for lead generation, and what each one is for.

01

Search campaigns

People type what they need and your ad appears. Most lead generation starts here, because the buyer already knows what they want. We build tight keyword groups, write ads that match the search, and read the search terms report every week so you do not pay for clicks from people who were never going to buy.

02

Performance Max

Google's automated campaign type that runs across Search, YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps from one budget. It works well when conversion tracking is clean and the assets are good. It works badly when they are not. We set it up with those limits in mind, and we stop it from eating the budget of your better Search campaigns.

03

YouTube and video

Video ads reach people before they start searching. We use them to build interest among groups that look like your best customers, and to bring back people who already visited your website.

04

Display and remarketing

Banner ads on websites and apps that work with Google. Display rarely wins a buyer who has never heard of you, but remarketing to your own website visitors is one of the cheaper ways to earn a second look.

05

Conversion tracking and CRM link

Tracking is not a campaign type, but nothing else works without it. We set up tracking for forms, calls and chats. When your CRM allows it, we send real sales back to Google, so the bidding learns from customers and not only from form fills.

02Why accounts underperform

Where Google Ads budgets usually leak

When a company asks us, as a Google advertising agency, to look at its account, we nearly always find some of the same problems. Fixing them is often the fastest win.

Broad keywords and no negatives

The ads show for searches that no serious buyer would type. Every wrong click costs money, and the account quietly fills with them.

Tracking that counts the wrong thing

Page views or button clicks get counted as leads. The bidding then learns to find cheap clicks instead of buyers.

Ads and pages that say different things

The ad promises one thing and the landing page talks about another. People leave in seconds, and Google charges for every one of them.

Locations and hours that do not fit

Ads run in areas you do not serve, or at 2 am when nobody answers the phone.

No link to sales

The account reports a lot of leads, sales says few of them were real, and nobody connects the two numbers.

Set and forget

Search terms drift, competitors change their ads, and nobody checks. A quiet account is not always a healthy one.

03Our Google Ads process

How we run your account, step by step

The same careful order every time. We learn first, and spend second.

01 / 06
  1. Audit and goal

If you already run Google Ads, we start with an audit: tracking, account structure, search terms, budgets, and where the money went. If you are new, we start with your goal, your margins and what a lead is worth to you.

  2. Keyword and intent research

We map the searches people make at each stage: the problem, the comparison, the decision. Then we choose which ones are worth paying for. We also read your competitors' ads and pages to see what they say, and what they leave out.

  3. Account structure and ads

We group keywords tightly, so each ad matches the search. We write ads in plain words that say what you do, who it is for and what to do next. We avoid lines that sound good and mean nothing.

  4. Landing pages and tracking

The ad and the page must say the same thing. We check speed, form length, phone number and trust signs. Then we set up tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and link it to your CRM where we can.

  5. Launch and weekly care

We launch with controlled budgets. Every week we read the search terms, add negative keywords, adjust bids and budgets, test new ads and pause what has not earned its place. AI tools help us spot patterns faster. Our team decides what to change.

  6. Report and scale

You get a short report in plain words: spend, leads, cost per lead, qualified leads and what we will do next. When a campaign is steady, we raise the budget in steps and add new campaigns. We do not do it the other way round.

05B2B, B2C and tech

Google Ads works differently for each type of buyer

A Google advertising company that treats every account the same will waste your money. This is how we change the approach.

B2B

Fewer searches, higher value. One good lead can be worth a lot, so we care more about who fills in the form than how many do. We send closed deals back to Google, so the bidding learns what a good lead looks like.

B2C

More searches and quicker decisions. Speed and clarity win: a visible phone number, a short form, local targeting and a clear offer. We watch the cost of each lead closely and test ads often.

B2B tech and SaaS

Buyers compare before they act. They search for alternatives, pricing and reviews. We bid on those searches with care, build pages for them, and support them with visibility on G2 and Capterra.

06Pricing

How pricing works

You pay two things when you hire a Google Ads company: the ad spend and the agency fee. They are separate, and you should see both before you start.

Ad spend goes from your own account to Google. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we never hold it.

Our fee is agreed up front in writing. It depends on the size of the account and the work needed, so we give a quote after we understand your goal.

You own the account and its data from the first day. We do not hide a margin inside your ad spend.

07Choosing an agency

Seven questions to ask any Google Ads agency, including us

Whether you pick us or another Google ad company, these questions show quickly who you are dealing with. Here are our own answers.

Who owns the ad account?
You do. We work inside your account, and you keep access and your data from day one.
What counts as a lead?
We agree on this before launch and set up tracking for it. A form fill, a call and a sale are not the same thing.
Can I see the account?
Yes. It is your account, so you can look at it whenever you like.
How will you report?
In plain words, with spend, leads, cost per lead and qualified leads. We agree on the rhythm at the start.
What if I want to leave?
The terms are in writing before we start. You can read our cancellation policy now.
What happens when results are weak?
We show you the numbers, explain what we think is wrong, and change the plan. We do not hide behind averages.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can promise leads or top positions on Google. Be careful with anyone who does.

08Questions

Google Ads agency
questions, answered

Short, honest answers to what people ask us most.

What does a Google Ads agency do?

A Google Ads agency plans, builds and improves your paid campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, Display and Performance Max. A good one also sets up lead tracking, removes wasted spend and reports results in plain numbers. At Nesfity Media, we also link the ads to your sales process.

What are Google PPC ads?

Google PPC ads are paid ads where you pay per click. You bid to show an ad on Google, and you pay when someone clicks it. Google Ads is the platform for this. Where the ad appears and how much a click costs depend on your keywords, your bid, your ad quality and your competition.

Is Google AdWords the same as Google Ads?

Yes. Google renamed AdWords to Google Ads in 2018. If you are looking for a Google AdWords agency or Google AdWords experts, you are looking for Google Ads specialists, because all the work today is done in Google Ads. Our team runs campaigns in the current platform, including Performance Max and YouTube.

How much does it cost to hire a Google Ads company?

There are two costs. The ad spend goes from your account to Google. Our fee is separate, agreed in writing, and depends on the size of the account and the work needed. We tell you both numbers before we start.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

Enough to collect real data. The right amount depends on what a click costs in your market, how many leads you want and what a lead is worth to you. We work backwards from your goal, then start with a budget you are comfortable testing.

How long does it take to see leads?

Ads can bring clicks on the first day. Leads often follow within the first weeks. Google's bidding needs time and data to settle, so the strongest results usually come after a few months of steady improvement. We tell you honestly what to expect in your market.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. You should always own your account, your data and your conversion history. We work inside your account, and if we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.

Do you run Performance Max and YouTube ads?

Yes. We run Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and remarketing. We choose the mix by your goal. For lead generation, we usually start with Search, because buyers who search already have intent.

Do you work with B2B and B2C companies?

Yes, and with B2B tech and SaaS. The three need different plans. B2B needs lead quality and a link to sales, B2C needs speed and local relevance, and SaaS needs smart handling of comparison searches.

Is Google Ads better than Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads?

They do different jobs. Google catches people who are already searching. Meta creates interest before people search. LinkedIn lets you aim at job titles and companies. Many businesses get the best results from a mix, and we plan it that way.

Do you offer Google AdWords for agencies?

Yes. If you run an agency and need extra Google Ads (formerly AdWords) capacity, we can work alongside your team. Contact us with the details of your clients and your needs, and we will tell you whether we can help.

Do you guarantee leads or a top position?

No. Results depend on your market, offer, budget and website, and some of these are outside our control. We promise careful work, clear tracking and honest reports.

Ready to get more from Google Ads?

Tell us about your business and your goal. We will look at your market and come back with clear next steps. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
