In short
A Meta ads agency manages your paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. A good Facebook ads agency does more than boost posts. It builds the right audiences, tests ad creative, tracks every lead and checks that those leads are real. That is how we work, and it is why we measure results in sales conversations, not likes.
01What we manage
What a Facebook marketing agency should run in your account
Meta has many ways to buy ads. These are the ones we use most for lead generation, and what each is for.
Lead generation campaigns
The core of most of our Meta work. People see your ad in Facebook or Instagram and leave their details in a form, on your website, or in a Messenger or WhatsApp chat. We choose the format by what your sales team can handle, because a flood of weak leads is worse than a small flow of good ones.
Creative and video ads
On Meta, the ad itself decides who stops scrolling. We plan the angles, write the copy and test several versions at once: short video, images and carousels. The ones that earn leads get more budget. The rest are switched off before they waste it.
Audiences and targeting
Meta can find buyers on its own when it has good signals, so we mix three things: broad reach, audiences built from your own customer lists and website visitors, and lookalike groups of people similar to your best customers. We drop the ones that do not perform.
Retargeting
Most visitors do not act on the first visit. Retargeting shows a reminder, a case study or an offer to the people who already looked at your site or watched your video. It is usually the cheapest traffic in the account.
Pixel, Conversions API and CRM link
Since privacy changes limited browser tracking, Meta needs data sent straight from your server too. We set up the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, and when your CRM allows it, we send back which leads became real customers, so Meta learns to find more of them.
02Why accounts underperform
Why Meta Ads accounts stop working
Many Facebook advertising agencies hand over an account that looks busy but brings weak leads. When we review one, these are the problems we meet most often.
Instant forms with no quality filter
The form is so easy to fill that people submit it by accident. The report shows many leads, and sales finds that few of them pick up the phone.
One ad shown to everyone until it dies
People see the same ad again and again, then ignore it. Cost per lead creeps up, and nobody knows why.
Tracking that broke and was never fixed
Without server data, Meta cannot see many of the leads it creates, so it optimises with half the picture.
Nobody checks what happens after the lead
Marketing reports one number, sales lives another. Without a link between them, the account keeps optimising for the wrong people.
Too many ad sets splitting the budget
Meta needs enough results in each ad set to learn. A dozen thin ad sets learn nothing.
Selling hard to people who do not know you
A cold audience is not ready to hear a price. The offer has to match how well the person already knows you.
03Our Meta Ads process
How we run your campaigns, step by step
The same careful order every time. We learn first, and spend second.
Research your offer and your market
We start with your product, your buyers and your sales process. Then we look at what competitors are running in the public Meta Ad Library: their angles, their offers and how long their ads stay live, which usually shows what works.
Plan the creative
We decide the message for each stage of awareness, write the copy and agree who produces the visuals or video. We plan several angles to test instead of betting on one.
Set up the account and tracking
We prepare your ad account, the Pixel and the Conversions API, your lead forms or landing pages, and the rules for what counts as a good lead. Tracking is tested before any money is spent.
Launch and learn
We start with a focused structure so Meta gets enough results to learn from. We watch the first weeks closely, because early decisions shape everything that follows.
Improve every week
We study which ads, audiences and placements bring leads, retire the weak ones and make more of the strong ones. AI tools help us see patterns across many ads. Our team decides what to change.
Close the quality loop and scale
We compare leads with what your sales team says. If a campaign brings leads that never buy, we change it, even when its cost per lead looks good. When quality and cost both hold, we raise the budget in steps.
04Real account, real numbers
A look inside a Meta Ads account we manage
This is the campaigns view of a Meta Ads account we manage for one client, from 19 July 2022 to 19 August 2025. Look at the cost per lead in the visible campaigns: it runs from about ₹128 to about ₹451. That spread is why we test, cut weak campaigns and move the budget. Your numbers will be different.

05B2B, B2C and tech
Meta Ads works differently for each type of buyer
A Facebook ads company that treats every account the same will waste your money. This is how we change the approach.
B2B
Meta is rarely the first choice for reaching job titles, but it works well for retargeting, for webinars and content offers, and for lookalike groups built from your best customers. We use it as a partner to Google and LinkedIn, not instead of them.
B2C
This is where Meta is strongest. Buyers browse and decide fast, so creative volume, a clear offer and local targeting matter most. We test often and watch the cost of each lead closely.
B2B tech and SaaS
Software buyers need a reason to care before they search for you. We use short videos and case studies to start that interest, then retarget visitors with demo and trial offers.
06Pricing
How pricing works
You pay two things when you hire a Meta ads company: the ad spend and the agency fee. They are separate, and you should see both before you start.
Ad spend is the money Meta charges your ad account for showing the ads. It is paid straight to Meta. We only handle it if we agree that in writing first.
Our fee pays for the work: research, creative direction, setup, testing and reports. It is set in writing before we start, and it depends on how big the account is and how much testing it needs.
Your ad account, pixel and audiences belong to you from day one. We do not add a hidden margin on top of the ad spend.
07Choosing an agency
Seven questions to ask any Facebook ads agency, including us
Whether you pick us, another Meta ad agency or one of the other Facebook advertising companies, these questions show quickly who you are dealing with. Here are our answers.
- Who owns the ad account?
- You do. We work in your own Meta Business account, and you keep access, your pixel and your data at all times.
- How do you handle lead quality?
- We set what a good lead means before launch, add the right questions to the form, and compare results with your sales team.
- Will you set up the Conversions API?
- Yes, where your website or CRM allows it. It is part of the setup, not an extra.
- How do you test creative?
- We run several angles at the same time, read the results every week and replace the weak ads.
- Who makes the ad creative?
- We write the copy and the concepts. We agree with you in advance who produces the visuals or video.
- Do you promise a cost per lead?
- No. Nobody can know it in advance. We tell you what is realistic for your market after we study it.
- What if we stop working together?
- Your account, pixel and data stay with you. Our cancellation policy explains the rest.

08Questions
Meta Ads and Facebook ads
questions, answered
Short, honest answers to what people ask us most.
What does a Meta ads agency do?
A Meta ads agency plans, builds and improves paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. That covers audiences, ad creative, lead forms, tracking and weekly reports. At Nesfity Media, we also check lead quality with your sales team, so the campaign aims at customers and not just form fills.
Is Meta Ads the same as Facebook Ads?
Yes. Facebook's parent company renamed itself Meta in 2021, and Facebook Ads Manager became Meta Ads Manager. The same system now runs ads on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and more. People still search for Facebook ads, and the work is the same.
How much does a Facebook ads company charge?
There are two costs. The ad spend goes from your account to Meta. Our fee is separate, agreed in writing, and depends on the size of the account and the work. We give you both numbers before we start.
How much should I spend on Facebook ads?
Enough for Meta to learn. The right amount depends on your market, your goal and what a lead is worth to you. We work backwards from the number of leads you want and start with a budget you are happy to test.
How long before Facebook ads bring leads?
Leads can come in the first days. Meta usually needs a few weeks of data to settle, and the best results often come after a few months of testing creative and audiences. We tell you honestly what to expect.
Do Facebook ads work for B2B companies?
They can, if used in the right role. Meta is weaker than LinkedIn for job-title targeting, but good for retargeting, webinars, content offers and lookalike audiences. We plan Meta as part of a mix with Google and LinkedIn for B2B clients.
Do you run Instagram ads too?
Yes. Meta ads can appear on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and other places. We choose the placements by results, and we cut the ones that bring cheap clicks and no leads.
Do I own my ad account and pixel?
Yes. You should always own your Business account, ad account, pixel and data. We work inside your setup, and everything stays with you if we part ways.
Do you run Facebook ads for agency clients?
Yes. If you run an agency and need extra Meta capacity, we can work alongside your team. Send us the details of the clients and what you need, and we will tell you whether we can help.
Is a Facebook advertising firm the same as a social media agency?
No. A social media agency usually looks after your posts and page. A Facebook advertising firm like ours runs paid campaigns and judges them by leads and sales. The two can work together.
Are Facebook ads better than Google Ads?
They do different jobs. Google catches people who are already searching. Meta creates interest before people search, which is why it needs strong creative. Most businesses do best with both, and we plan the split with you.
Do you guarantee leads or a set cost per lead?
No. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and follow-up, and part of that is outside our control. We promise careful work, honest numbers and clear reports.
Ready to get better leads from Meta Ads?
Share your business, your offer and what a good customer is worth to you. We will study your market, look at your current account if you have one, and tell you what we would do. If another route suits you better, we will say so.
